About your information
Privacy policy
This policy explains the information SuperDaddy handles when you use the app or visit this website, why we use it, and how you can manage or delete it. The operator is Hangzhou Original Innovation Technology Co.,Ltd..
Effective 2026-10-02Information we handle
With Sign in with Apple, we receive an Apple user identifier and identity token to recognise your account. We do not ask for your Apple password. If an Apple authorization-code exchange succeeds, we store the refresh token needed for revocation in encrypted form. Your nickname, chosen stage, language preference, AI data-sharing consent status and optional due date or child's birthday support the relevant features.
Lesson progress, practice, exam results and in-app learning certificates are stored on the current device, as explained below. If you purchase or restore Pro, our server stores the product, transaction identifier, status and expiry needed to verify access. When you explicitly consent to AI data sharing and use the AI coach, your questions, conversation history and usage records are stored on our server with your account.
Learning records on your device
You can use lessons and practice already on your device without signing in. The current app keeps course completion, practice answers and missed questions, check-ins, exam results and learning certificates on the current device. It does not upload these as learning events or synchronize them across devices. The app does not generate or upload a device identifier for learning records.
Learning records on a device share one local store and are not separated by signed-in account. Signing in, switching accounts or signing out does not automatically clear them; records created as a guest remain too. Keep this in mind when sharing a device.
Why we use it
We use account information to sign you in and maintain a session, show stage-based content, verify subscriptions, respond to AI conversations you start, secure the service, and handle support or privacy requests. Local learning and exam records support progress and review on the current device. The due date and child’s birthday are optional and can be changed in the app.
Sharing, processors and location
Apple handles sign-in and App Store subscription transactions. Only after you explicitly consent to AI data sharing and use the AI coach do we send your current question, up to 20 earlier messages in the same conversation, your current learning stage, the text of up to 5 recently missed public practice questions and the response language to DeepSeek to generate a reply. Signed-in users get 10 free AI requests per day; Pro includes 100 total per day. The allowance resets at midnight UTC and is shared across devices. We use DeepSeek to process these requests under its Open Platform Terms of Service; we are responsible for explaining how end-user data is handled. You can withdraw consent in the app's Profile; later questions will not be sent. Our service data is hosted in Tencent Cloud's Hong Kong region. Cross-region access and third-party processing may be subject to different data-protection rules.
We do not sell personal information, run personalised ads or embed third-party trackers or submission forms on this website. The web server may create ordinary access logs to deliver the site and protect it; we do not use those logs to build advertising profiles.
Retention and deletion
Signing out does not delete your account or clear learning records on the current device. After you confirm account deletion in the app and the server confirms success, the account, AI conversations and usage records, and subscription links are removed from the active database. Any historical learning, exam or certificate records held by our server for that account are also removed. Updated app versions also clear the shared local learning records on the current device, including guest records. Earlier TestFlight versions may retain local records; update the app first, or remove the app and its local data. Local records on other devices must be handled on those devices. Recovery backups are kept for no more than 30 days and then removed under the backup-cleanup process. Information we must retain by law is kept only to the extent and for the period required by applicable law.
Deleting a SuperDaddy account does not cancel an Apple-managed auto-renewing subscription. Cancel it separately in Apple's subscription settings. Deleting your SuperDaddy account does not immediately erase data already received by DeepSeek. Contact our privacy email below; we will verify your request and seek the provider’s assistance under its Open Platform Terms of Service where needed.
Your choices and rights
In the app, you can view and change your nickname, stage, language and optional dates, withdraw AI data-sharing consent in Profile, and request account deletion. Withdrawal stops future AI requests; it does not automatically remove saved conversations. Deleting the account removes linked records from the active database. If Apple authorization cannot be revoked automatically, the app tells you how to revoke it in Apple account settings. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy questions, use the contact channel below. We will verify the request and handle it under applicable law.
Security and changes
We restrict access to account data and use appropriate transport and server-side safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security; please protect your device and Apple account. If this policy changes materially, we will update its effective date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
