Sign-in and learning

Lessons and practice already on the device work offline. Course completion, practice, exam and certificate records stay on the current device. They do not currently synchronize across devices and are not separated by signed-in account. Switching accounts and signing out keep these records. Lessons and practice follow your selected stage; the app explains when content or an exam is not yet available.

Pro subscriptions

Apple manages purchases, restoration and auto-renewal. If access does not update after payment, try Restore Purchases in the app and check that you are signed in with the account used for the purchase. To cancel, use Apple's subscription page: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions . Deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not stop renewal.

Delete account and privacy

Start and confirm account deletion from your in-app Profile. After the server confirms deletion, the account, AI conversations, usage, subscription links and any other records held for that account are removed from the active database. Updated app versions also clear the shared local learning records on the current device, including guest records; other devices must be handled separately. Earlier TestFlight versions may retain local records: update the app first, or remove the app and its local data. Backups follow the retention rules in our privacy policy. Signing out alone keeps local records. Cancel an active auto-renewing subscription with Apple before deleting the account.
